Do you have any other animals? If yes, what are they and are they spayed/neutered? Are they fully vaccinated? Are they indoor/outdoor? Please add any other information that might be relevant.

Are you aware that puppies are a lot of work and are you willing to take your puppy to obedience class for at least 1 year for proper behavior training?
