Temperament & Personality
Stormy has a sweet, affectionate personality and loves being part of her family’s everyday life. She has the people-focused, companion-oriented nature we value in our Bernedoodles and enjoys the close relationship she shares with her guardian family.
Temperament is one of the most important qualities we consider in our program. We want our dogs to be wonderful family companions first, with breeding decisions coming only after health, temperament, structure, and overall development have been carefully considered.
Health is a foundational part of the OAP breeding program. Stormy’s individual health, genetics, structure, temperament, and overall development are considered together when evaluating her role within our program.
We believe responsible breeding decisions should be based on the whole dog rather than a single trait or test result. Any future plans for Stormy will be made with her health and long-term well-being as the priority.
Future at OAP
Stormy will continue to be evaluated as she matures, with her health and long-term well-being guiding every decision we make. Any future breeding plans will depend on appropriate health evaluations, veterinary clearance, genetics, temperament, structure, and finding a pairing that complements her individual qualities.
At OAP, being part of our program never guarantees that a dog will be bred. Our responsibility is always to make the decision we believe is best for the individual dog and for the puppies and families our program serves.
